FP&A Data Automation Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Build scalable finance reporting frameworks for a fast-growing business.
• Extract, transform, and load ERP data for accurate and reliable business reporting.
• Manage and maintain finance automation workflows using Alteryx.
• Develop models for long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-jurisdiction cash flow.
• Partner with FP&A, IT, business intelligence, and finance teams to standardise commercial data tools.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and integrity across multiple source systems.

Requirements

• Significant FP&A experience with a strong finance or accounting background.
• Experience working in a consultancy organisation with multiple currencies.
• Broader finance team experience beyond FP&A and a strong finance education.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, Power Query, VBA, and native Excel automation.
• Strong experience with ETL and data tools such as Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong data communication and presentation skills for financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations.
• Prior ERP implementation experience.
