Business Insurance Training Leader (Commercial Insurance)

Location: Ridgeland, Mississippi, United States; applicants must be within driving distance and commute to the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding, role-specific training, continuing education, refresher sessions, and professional development for Business Insurance service team members.
• Develop and deliver training on AMS, ImageRight, service workflows, standard operating procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Create role-based curricula, training materials, job aids, assessments, and regional instructional style guidelines.
• Analyze file audit and quality results to identify training needs, remediation priorities, and process improvements.
• Partner with business leaders, process owners, and subject matter experts to align training with regional initiatives and operational priorities.
• Coach and mentor service team members while supporting talent development, succession planning, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Learning and Development, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in Commercial Insurance.
• 10 years of progressive agency client service experience with responsibility for training, development, or team leadership.
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences and create clear, engaging training materials.
• Knowledge of CRM and agency management systems, with advanced Microsoft Office, Excel, and Smartsheet skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent work skills.
• Ability to work from driving distance of the Ridgeland office and attend in person at least three days per week.
