Manager Training - Quality - Corporate

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States; travel up to 20% within and outside the state is required.

Salary: $92,000–$138,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and development programs for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Lead the training team and ensure consistent delivery of onboarding and development programs.
• Oversee new-hire onboarding across a designated region of branches.
• Develop training materials and processes supporting employee acclimation, development, and safety initiatives.
• Monitor retention and survey results, evaluate return on investment, and improve programs based on participant feedback.
• Manage class schedules, trainers, rooms, resources, records, and remedial training for locations that are not achieving desired results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience planning, coordinating, or delivering training programs, or a high school diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience evaluating information or processes to determine department needs.
• Presentation experience with small- to mid-size groups.
• Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
