Product Owner (Agentic AI)

hirify.global is developing Magellan, a generative AI platform for customer relationship management and multichannel customer engagement.

What you will do

• Own implementation of the product roadmap in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Write functional specifications and translate features into prioritized Jira user stories with acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, reviews, and demonstrations.
• Act as the functional point of contact for developers and collaborate with UX, the Lead Developer, and the Architect.
• Support customer-facing demonstrations of agentic capabilities across voice, chat, and email.
• Improve backlog traceability, documentation, agile practices, and delivery standards for a launch-phase product.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile approaches.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, backlog structuring, product documentation, and functional specifications.
• Ability to break down complex topics into user stories with meaningful acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication, ownership, rigor, and autonomy when aligning product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer relationship management, contact centers, CRM, or customer service platforms.
• Familiarity with n8n or other workflow automation tools.
• Experience using AI tools to augment personal work.
• Interest in generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, and multichannel orchestration.
