AI Product / SME Lead - F/M/X

Location: Hybrid work with remote work available several days per week from France; office location in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

What you will do

• Capture business needs, frame AI use cases, and align KPIs and expected value with commercial, marketing, distribution, operations, and brand stakeholders.
• Own the AI product vision, roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization.
• Lead internal and external squads of Data Scientists, AI/GenAI Engineers, and ML Ops Engineers through delivery, quality, time-to-market, and production readiness.
• Drive change management, end-user adoption, usage tracking, ROI measurement, and business impact reporting.
• Manage external partners, budgets, contracts, and SLAs.
• Embed GDPR, responsible AI, and security guardrails in partnership with DPO, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business with strong technology and data grounding.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, or applied AI delivery, including at least one major AI or data product shipped end-to-end into production.
• Hands-on literacy in GenAI and ML Ops, with the ability to challenge technical decisions with Data Scientists and AI Engineers.
• Fluency with OpenAI, AWS AgentCore, Anthropic, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Strong business acumen and experience translating priorities into AI products in complex organizations.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders up to C-level.
