Senior Product Lead (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid model with 2 days per week on-site. Service region: Germany, France, and Switzerland.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery governance for the Beauty Conversations Factory.
• Drive product management for consumer-grade digital and AI platforms, aligning business, product, technology, and design stakeholders.
• Manage the shared backlog, prioritize workstreams, and track delivery milestones across Product Data Agent, Kerastase Product Finder, Care Interoperability, Orion VTO, and Target Architecture Framing.
• Produce high-level deliverables and defend them at Design Authority and CPP governance milestones.
• Oversee compliance readiness and coordinate approvals across Trustworthy AI, pentesting and red-team activities, and scientific and regulatory committees.
• Facilitate steering committees, product demos, and cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, care, Modiface, Orion, and the CTO office.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in product management for consumer-grade digital platforms.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce or eRetail, Consumer Care, social commerce, and agentic commerce.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence-based management skills.
• Track record of producing high-quality deliverables and defending them at executive and governance levels.
• Ability to work from Paris in a hybrid setup with 2 days per week on-site.
