Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Paris, France (hybrid). Relocation support and visa assistance are available for candidates moving to France.

What you will do

• Own and expand the AI platform and gateway, including safeguards, evaluations, cost management, and observability.
• Build the agentic layer and MCP for multi-step visual workflows covering generation, quality assurance, routing, retries, and publishing.
• Partner with engineers, ML researchers, and product teams to define problems and ship AI capabilities.
• Prioritize platform work across internal teams and maintain a clear product strategy.
• Convert new model capabilities into user-facing products and reusable platform primitives.
• Use adoption, latency, inference cost, and evaluation data to form hypotheses and guide decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with multiple successful product launches.
• Experience building platform, infrastructure, API, SDK, or developer-facing products.
• Experience shipping agentic or model-backed products to production, including work with evaluations, guardrails, non-deterministic output, and cost per call.
• Strong product judgment, ability to create clarity from ambiguity, and data-fluent decision-making.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, remote, async-first environment.
• For visa sponsorship and relocation support, the position must be based in France.

Nice to have

• Daily use of Claude or an equivalent AI tool for prototyping, user testing, or workflow automation.
• Demonstrable product taste and experience making detailed product decisions.
