Senior Product Owner (Agentic AI)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France, with 2–3 days per week on-site. Service region: Germany, France, and Switzerland.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery governance for the Beauty Conversations Factory.
• Drive product management for consumer-grade digital platforms and align business, product, technology, and design stakeholders.
• Manage the shared backlog, prioritize workstreams, and track delivery milestones across AI and commerce initiatives.
• Produce high-level deliverables and defend them at Design Authority and CPP governance milestones.
• Oversee compliance readiness across Trustworthy AI, penetration testing, red-team activities, and scientific and regulatory reviews.
• Facilitate steering committees, product demos, and cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in product management for consumer-grade digital platforms.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce, eRetail, Consumer Care, social commerce, and agentic commerce.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence-based management skills.
• Experience producing high-quality deliverables and defending them at executive and governance levels.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Paris, with 2–3 on-site days per week.
