Senior Product Owner – Personnel Safety

Location: Bois-Colombes, Hauts-de-Seine, France — hybrid

What you will do

• Own and maintain the Personnel Safety product backlog.
• Translate functional requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Prioritize development work based on business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate with product management, UX, design, development, and market research stakeholders.
• Conduct market, customer, and user research and use feedback to guide product decisions.
• Support product launches, post-launch activities, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise software product development.
• Strong subject matter expertise in occupational health and safety, personnel safety programs, and risk management processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the primary job family and awareness of related disciplines and market best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems, exercise independent judgment, and work with minimal guidance.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus across teams.
• Perfect command of French and strong command of English are compulsory.
