What you will do

• Recruit, contact, interview, assess, attract, and select Appointed Representatives and financial advisers.
• Evaluate prospective Members, associated risks, and quality requirements before making formal offers.
• Agree and implement transfer plans while documenting progress in line with risk and governance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with new Members, supporting them through their first year of Membership.
• Renegotiate contracts at review points, including rate reviews.
• Collaborate across hirify.global Cheviot, the UK Platform, Operations, and other business areas to improve customer and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of how different types of Appointed Representative Principals and advisers operate.
• Track record of building strong relationships quickly and effectively.
• Experience constructing recruitment packages and understanding adviser operations.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, wholesaling arrangements, point-of-sale systems, financial services products, product sectors, and distribution channels.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and risk-managed operating environments.
