What you will do

• Develop regional market and sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders while leading proposals, major pursuits, and integrated cross-service solutions.
• Deliver technical advice covering building condition, compliance, performance, risk, capital planning, and asset management.
• Lead building condition audits, technical due diligence, asset management planning, capital expenditure forecasts, and maintenance programs.
• Scope and manage refurbishment, remediation, maintenance, and upgrade projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, budget, and risk control.
• Coach employees and emerging leaders while strengthening the Building Consultancy capability and team performance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in property, construction, engineering, or building consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role with strong business development, client management, and revenue growth experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial, contractual, and risk management principles.
• Established industry networks and market credibility.
• Degree in building surveying, engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, building services engineering, property, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Professional membership or accreditation such as RICS, AIQS, AIPM, CIBSE, Engineers Australia, CIOB, or a similar body.
