What you will do
- Acquire new Partners across Romania through remote and face-to-face engagement.
- Manage the full deal cycle, from lead qualification and partner assessment to closing and activation.
- Present ’s solutions and negotiate agreements with sellers of used car parts.
- Onboard and train new partners to use the platform effectively.
- Share market and partner insights to support business growth in Romania.
- Coordinate with Supplier Support and Account Management during the transition to ongoing support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in target-driven sales and customer engagement.
- Experience with new-lead acquisition, qualification, and deal closing.
- Basic understanding of software and database integration.
- Adaptability and an action-oriented approach.
- Fluent Romanian and English.
Nice to have
- Previous B2B field sales experience.
- Experience in marketplace startups.
