Enterprise Account Executive (AI)

Location: Onsite in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

• Manage an enterprise sales territory in the Romanian market.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through prospect identification, engagement, and relationship development.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Educate prospects on operational efficiency and revenue growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate return on investment through value-based and consultative selling.
• Develop strategic outbound programs and build expertise in the AI landscape and customer experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of closing sales experience, including sales to large enterprises.
• Full-cycle sales experience with a record of building and closing pipeline.
• Romanian language proficiency required, combined with solid English.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills in virtual and in-person settings.
• Onsite availability in Bucharest, Romania.

• Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling into other EU countries.
