Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations, UK (Fintech)

Location: London, UK. Hybrid model requiring 3–4 days in the office, with occasional travel within EMEA.

What you will do

• Build and run the operational backbone for the UK and Ireland commercial teams, including performance tracking, territory management, and AI tooling.
• Partner with commercial leadership on strategy, forecasting, weekly performance reviews, country QBRs, and local business improvements.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders across regional and global teams.
• Use AI-driven tools and automation to streamline commercial workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience, ideally combining strategy consulting or high-growth startup experience with commercial strategy and operations.
• Strong analytical skills, including data modelling and experience with data reporting tools.
• Experience owning processes end-to-end, building scalable systems and tooling, and maintaining high data quality.
• Strategic thinking, clear communication, presentation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology environments is advantageous, especially in complex commercial operations and go-to-market scaling.
