Senior Solutions Architect I, Pre-Sales (NATO)

Location: Remote position based in Belgium or the Netherlands. If located near an office, work from that office 3 days per week. Travel up to 25%, including international travel.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and delivers earth-observation data through a cloud-based platform.

What you will do

• Architect and deliver solution demonstrations and presentations showcasing hirify.global's data, services, and technical capabilities.
• Advise NATO customers on solution architectures that address business and earth-data challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and management stakeholders across defense and intelligence organizations.
• Prepare technical responses to tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and unsolicited proposals.
• Partner with sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Business Development to shape account strategies and represent customer needs.
• Lead customer engagements, workshops, and training while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant technical experience supporting the NATO community.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligibility for and ability to maintain a NATO security clearance is required.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with GIS and remote-sensing users in the defense industry, including IMINT and ISR.
• Experience with QGIS, SocetGXP, ArcGIS, GDAL, Python, geospatial software, imagery processing, APIs, and data pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
• Experience designing scalable solutions that connect business requirements with technical architecture, budget, and organizational goals.
