Director AI Solutions, EMEA-LATAM (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands; Munich or Berlin, Germany; Paris, France; or London, United Kingdom. Regular in-office and/or in-person expectations apply, with travel across EMEA/LATAM.

What you will do

• Lead AI Solution Architects and AI business development/GTM profiles across EMEA/LATAM.
• Own AI value propositions across inference, training, agent runtimes, and AI-ready data lakes.
• Build and scale defensible reference architectures, account strategies, competitive positioning, and proof points with sales, marketing, and partners.
• Drive incremental AI pipeline, win-rate improvement, and year-over-year AI bookings growth.
• Enable several hundred Systems Engineers and Client Executives to originate and lead AI workload conversations.
• Build relationships with CTOs, chief architects, and heads of AI and platforms while representing hirify.global's perspective in the market and press.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise technology, including strategic and people leadership, with 5+ years managing people.
• Experience leading technical pre-sales or solution architecture and commercial business development or GTM profiles.
• Demonstrated success creating pipeline in a new or emerging segment.
• Deep knowledge of GPU clusters, reference architectures, training and fine-tuning pipelines, inference economics, agent runtimes, RAG, vector search, and data lake architecture.
• Commercial judgement, executive presence, and the ability to influence across sales, technical, marketing, and partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across EMEA/LATAM are required.

Nice to have

• Relationships across the European AI ecosystem, including sovereign AI programs, neoclouds, AI ISVs, GPU vendors, integrators, and AI investors.
• Experience building a GTM motion and team from scratch.
• Knowledge of EU AI and data sovereignty regulation, including public-sector procurement.
• Experience with hyperscalers and partner-led sales models.
• Storage or data infrastructure background and another European language.
