Director, Global Talent Acquisition Enablement & Effectiveness (Talent Acquisition Technology)

What you will do

• Define the global Talent Acquisition enablement strategy, operating model, governance, service standards, and scalable recruiting playbooks.
• Own the global TA technology strategy and roadmap, including Workday Recruiting, CRM, sourcing, assessment, scheduling, onboarding, recruitment marketing, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead employer brand, recruitment marketing, sourcing-channel strategy, and talent attraction performance across multiple markets.
• Partner with People Analytics to establish global metrics, dashboards, root-cause analysis, and improvement priorities.
• Own the strategy and governance for BestSTART, hirify.global’s enterprise day-one onboarding experience.
• Oversee budgets, investments, vendor performance, RPO partnerships, compliance, controls, and return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternative experience combinations are accepted.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience and 6 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Fluent English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills required.
• Experience leading global Talent Acquisition enablement, operations, technology, transformation, sourcing, employer brand, recruitment marketing, or onboarding.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and broader Talent Acquisition technology ecosystems.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including ROI analysis, business cases, budget management, vendor optimization, and data-driven influence with senior leaders.
