Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Analyze and sustain semiconductor manufacturing processes, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction builds and optimize manufacturing workflows throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor machinery, equipment, and tools, troubleshoot issues, and improve equipment efficiency.
• Use data-driven methods to analyze factory operations and implement performance improvements.
• Collaborate with factory operations, engineering, automation, and supply chain stakeholders to develop manufacturing strategies.
• Define manufacturing requirements, maintain technical documentation, and support decision-support tools and production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1–2 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training, or a relevant master's degree with no prior professional experience.
• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with manufacturing metrics tracking.
• Basic understanding of automation systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with process control, quality systems, CAPA, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, manufacturing systems integration, factory automation, MES/database interfaces, or system security management is preferred.
