HR Section Manager / Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner

What you will do

• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry events, networking, and Boolean searches.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and represent the employer brand.
• Collaborate with center-of-excellence leaders to implement market-based pay, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create dashboards and reports to measure program and recruiting efficiency.
• Use recruiting metrics to improve sourcing strategies and pipeline performance.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR operations, HRIS, compensation and benefits, talent management, or a similar HR function.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Expertise with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• Project management skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and openness to work in Binan, Laguna.
