Senior Staff Software Engineer (Secure Agentic AI)

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel; most teams work from the office full time

What you will do

• Design and develop secure, scalable services for AI-agent identities, secrets, and access to critical systems and data.
• Build agent authentication flows and real-time access policies that provide reliable, just-in-time, least-privilege access.
• Lead the evolution of MCPs and agentic AI systems from emerging concepts into production-scale solutions.
• Develop high-performance platform components and maintain clean, scalable code.
• Collaborate with platform, AI, security, architecture, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or systems development.
• Experience building scalable, secure, high-performance distributed cloud systems.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Python or Go experience is advantageous.
• Interest in AI and agentic AI, with strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
