TL;DR
AI Builder (AI/Python/LLM): Building LLM-powered agents, automation pipelines, integrations, and infrastructure for internal AI workflows with an accent on production reliability, secure credential management, and measurable business impact. Focus on designing MCP servers, evaluating agent performance, and deploying scalable automations across enterprise systems.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; full-time onsite
Company
is building an AI Security and Governance Platform that provides visibility and protection across the AI and LLM lifecycle.
What you will do
- Design and build LLM-powered agents, automation pipelines, backend services, and integrations for internal teams.
- Build custom MCP servers and maintain the MCP Gateway ecosystem.
- Improve reliability, authentication, secrets management, versioning, and secure credential handling.
- Deploy, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production agents and automations.
- Create evaluation frameworks and test sets to measure accuracy, precision, recall, hallucination rates, and agent performance.
- Partner with the AI Product Manager and business teams to drive adoption and measurable value from internal AI systems.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience with 3–5 years of software engineering or hands-on development experience.
- Strong Python skills and experience writing clean, maintainable, production-grade code.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, asynchronous pipelines, and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Experience with MCP, MCP servers, production evaluation of LLM or agent performance, and regression testing.
- Ability to work independently, solve ambiguous problems, and own projects end to end.
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or company-wide automation infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and other enterprise systems.
- Experience driving internal adoption of AI tools and measuring business impact.
