IT Administrator - AI & Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and more than 100 applications across multiple legal entities.
• Manage Jamf and Intune across macOS, iOS, and Windows, including enrollment, compliance, patching, and disk encryption.
• Handle L2/L3 endpoint, identity, and SaaS incidents and automate operational work with scripts, APIs, and AI agents.
• Drive identity hardening, OAuth and third-party app governance, SaaS data exposure controls, and privileged access reviews.
• Contribute to ZTNA, geo-based access controls, detection, and response with the SOC and SIEM.
• Administer Claude, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, connectors, MCP servers, and agent integrations, including usage analytics, budgets, and governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure, or IT security in a fast-moving, multi-geography environment.
• Hands-on enterprise experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and/or Intune.
• Practical cybersecurity experience across IAM hardening, SaaS security posture management, OAuth risk, and incident response.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, plus REST APIs and workflow tools.
• Experience administering enterprise AI platforms and understanding the risks of models, agents, and connectors accessing corporate data.
• Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or Okta Certified.
• Experience with ZTNA/SASE, SSPM, cloud IAM on GCP or AWS, or ITSM platforms.
