Global Market Access Summer Associate

Location: Remote with occasional visits to the Raritan, New Jersey office; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Base pay: $34–$52.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support projects that shape value propositions for innovative pharmaceutical products.
• Generate and communicate evidence for government payers, private insurers, regulators, patients, and health technology assessment agencies.
• Contribute to market access work across health economics, pricing, patient-reported outcomes, and access policy.
• Help demonstrate product value, support reimbursement decisions, and improve patient access and affordability.
• Work with an integrated, cross-functional Global Market Access team.

Requirements

• Availability for 40 hours per week during the 12-week Summer 2027 program, running May–August 2027.
• Self-motivation, teamwork, strong communication, and analytical skills.
• Interest in market access, product development, and evidence generation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Prior work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment sponsorship now or in the future.
• Current pursuit of an MBA, MA, MS, MPH, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant field such as economics, epidemiology, psychology, public health, pharmacy, health outcomes research, or health services research.
