What you will do

  • Manage hospital inventory through MyShelf stock management, order generation, and proactive supply support.
  • Provide product education, clinical support, and inventory solutions to healthcare professionals.
  • Build customer partnerships and support account growth by identifying customer needs and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists and the wider sales team on account strategies and portfolio performance.
  • Coordinate product recalls, back-order resolutions, customer training initiatives, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification.
  • Experience in a hospital or operating theatre environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with inventory management and customer service, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using computer systems, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Australian work rights, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence are required.
