Associate Relationship Manager (Banking)

Location: Remote - Oregon, United States

Salary: $50,000–$58,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets.

What you will do

• Understand customer needs through sales conversations, data mining, and industry publications.
• Prepare complete credit applications and follow up on missing materials, credit questions, and contract documentation.
• Maintain customer and forecasting information in internal systems.
• Coordinate communications between internal functional groups, vendor partners, and customers.
• Support sales by providing quotes and researching equipment manufacturers and their sales channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
