Associate, Client Relations Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid in Kansas City, MO or Denver, CO; on-site at least 6 days per month. Working hours are 8 AM–5 PM Central Time.

Salary: $19.23–$33.65 USD per hour in Colorado.

What you will do

• Support alternative investment clients and provide backup coverage for team members.
• Manage daily client requests received by email and monitor dedicated AWD queues.
• Review and complete JIRA tickets while meeting queue compliance and turnaround requirements.
• Research and resolve customer-reported system issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain documentation of service intake deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services, banking, reconciliation, accounting, or a related area.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to trace issues through resolution.
• Availability to work on site at least 6 days per month and during 8 AM–5 PM Central Time hours.
