Field Sales Representative (Home Solutions)

Location: Field-based across Burlingame, Daly City, Millbrae, Pacifica, Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Francisco, San Mateo, and South San Francisco, California

Salary: $61,800–$100,000 annually, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Meet existing customers at scheduled appointments and represent AT&T in their homes.
• Deliver personalized sales consultations, hands-on product demonstrations, and Wi-Fi assessments.
• Present connectivity and technology solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Provide technology delivery and issue resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Work independently in the field and manage a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commission sales and outside sales experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achievement of sales targets.
• Proficiency in upselling, negotiation, and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and readiness to drive a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, criminal history review, and motor vehicle record check is required.
