Account Coordinator

Location: Wingfield, South Australia, Australia; hybrid working arrangement with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

What you will do

• Manage the customer experience for a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver products aligned with customer business needs.
• Provide real-time updates on product and service-related matters.
• Identify improvements to systems and processes and assist with implementing changes for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve challenges and identify solutions.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement based in Wingfield, South Australia.
