What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants.
• Build client relationships, understand technology challenges, and deliver customized solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants and other departments to develop and deliver effective client solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and support proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division.
• Help oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar consulting role.
• Successful consulting project experience.
• Strong understanding of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology.
• Continuous learning and up-to-date industry and technology knowledge.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA.
• PMP or another relevant certification.
