Data Center M&E Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, managing information flow and tracking issues regarding progress, quality, and safety.
• Act as a visible onsite leader to assess progress and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities and partner engagement between the client, consultant, and contractor teams.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with clients to drive improvements.
• Lead key progress meetings and review proposed variations or delays in the works.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience specifically in mechanical and electrical (M&E) trades.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tokyo, Japan.
• PMP certification or a commitment to obtain one.
