ECHO Analyst (Connectivity)

What you will do

• Support customer connectivity requests and onboard customers and carriers to hosting facilities.
• Coordinate installation, activation, and billing of basic connectivity solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot basic customer billing inquiries.
• Consolidate and submit Remedy change-control tickets for internal CME teams.
• Enter order documents, circuit details, customer forms, and contact information into enterprise systems, CRM, SharePoint, Confluence, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Use automation tools for provisioning and troubleshooting and respond to basic connectivity billing questions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in network connectivity, telecom, or IT infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects, maintain CRM records and trackers, and provide concise stakeholder updates.
• Experience with WAN, LAN, VPN, cloud connectivity, telecom carriers, and data centers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic analytical skills and the ability to follow documented procedures while applying situational analysis when needed.
