Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale data center construction projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor daily field activities, tracking progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Coordinate snagging activities and partner engagement with client teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead key project meetings to monitor progress and collaborate on solving complex problems.
• Implement and monitor project procedures and processes in partnership with the client.
• Oversee the project handover process, ensuring all documentation and expectations are met.

Requirements

• Project management experience within a consultancy space, ideally covering data center construction.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction for large-scale, complex builds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Japanese.
• Project management professional certification or a willingness to pursue one.
• Ability to work on-site in Tokyo, Japan.
