Senior Manager, Facilities & Workplace Experience

Location: Onsite in Boston, MA; Jessup, PA; or Wilkes-Barre, PA, USA

Salary: $110,500–$176,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead onsite facilities operations and own the workplace experience for the assigned location.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align workplace operations, occupancy, and planning with business priorities.
• Manage facility operations, maintenance programs, service providers, landlords, workplace improvements, moves, and space optimization.
• Lead enterprise facilities programs, operating standards, performance metrics, reporting, and governance.
• Own operating and capital budgets, financial forecasting, business cases, and multi-year capital planning.
• Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity, incident response, and critical operational escalations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management, workplace operations, property management, or corporate real estate.
• Experience leading complex workplace operations, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships in a corporate environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Ability to influence without authority, lead through ambiguity, and build trusted business partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite at an assigned US location is required.
