Business Engagement and Technology Principal Analyst (Oracle EBS/OPM)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid work is permitted remotely up to 40%, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week.

Salary: $151,778–$214,200 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite, primarily Oracle Process Manufacturing modules.
• Support stakeholders in Supply Chain Management and Materials Management business functions.
• Gather and refine requirements, prioritize opportunities, and determine solution design options.
• Collaborate with developers, support teams, and data, technology, and engineering partners on projects, enhancements, and integrations.
• Create and validate functional and technical specifications and process flows.
• Configure, test, and document system changes in Oracle OPM and EBS while maintaining reliable, scalable, and compliant systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the offered role or a related Business Engagement and Technology Principal Analyst position.
• In-depth knowledge of project management and the software development life cycle, including business analysis, solution design, delivery, and testing.
• Experience leading technical Oracle EBS projects and implementing system changes in a GxP environment.
• Functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS configuration, implementation, and systems integration, including Oracle Process Manufacturing.
• Experience with Oracle Mobile Application and knowledge of Oracle SQL and Oracle table structures.
