Sr. BSA, Oracle Fusion - Order to Cash (Oracle Fusion)

Location: On-site in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year, plus target bonus/incentive pay of 10% of annual base salary

What you will do

• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Order to Cash, covering Order Management, Pricing, Inventory and Shipping, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Collections.
• Gather business requirements, assess current-state processes, and design future-state solutions with business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, configure Oracle Fusion, and support technical solution design.
• Coordinate system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing, as well as data conversion, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Partner with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI/HDL data loads, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Troubleshoot O2C issues, perform root cause analysis, support quarterly releases, and maintain documentation, controls, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Oracle applications as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Order to Cash modules.
• Experience supporting at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
• Strong understanding of the Quote to Order, Order to Ship, and Invoice to Cash lifecycle, including revenue recognition impacts.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting process flows, and developing functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in Order Management, Financials, or related modules.
• Experience with global, multi-organization, or multi-currency environments and integrations with CRM, WMS, legacy ERP, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience in SOX-controlled, FDA-regulated, medical device, or other regulated environments.
• Consulting or systems integrator experience, and experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
