Business Systems Analyst - Sr

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States; office workplace. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $63,000–$124,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead complex projects and provide advanced technical and consultative support for assigned business units or applications.
• Analyze existing systems and procedures, identify improvements, and recommend practices that optimize application use.
• Develop operational procedures, regulatory-compliant processes, and ad hoc reports.
• Provide technical support to business users, customers, management, and other corporate areas.
• Serve as a liaison between software vendors, business units, users, and corporate teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least four years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience creating data validation and mapping.
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional requirements and use cases, facilitating requirements sessions, and tracking deliverables.
• Strong organization, written and oral communication, and technical learning skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Trade Finance systems experience with the Trade360 application.
• Project planning and management experience with multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience producing process flows using Visio.
