Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Oracle SCM)

Location: Fresno, California, United States; onsite role with relocation assistance provided

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year, plus a possible discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS activities across Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and related supply chain modules.
• Consult with business leads, identify requirements and gaps, design solution options, and support stakeholder decisions.
• Develop integrated solutions connecting SCM modules with OTM, Partner EDI, WMS, and other applications.
• Create requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, and unit and integration test scenarios.
• Manage project plans, coordinate internal and partner resources, and track milestones across geographically dispersed teams.
• Resolve operational support issues, coordinate offshore resources, and deliver end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience managing or implementing enterprise applications, including at least 2 years with Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• At least three full lifecycle implementations of supply chain modules in recent Oracle releases.
• Strong functional expertise in Order Management, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Knowledge of master data, Accounts Receivable, e-commerce, Oracle ERP architecture, PL/SQL, and custom ERP logic routines.
• Understanding of OUM or an equivalent methodology and standard project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
