Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Limited-geography remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Shape portfolio operations, Agile Release Train design, and Ways of Working across technology and business portfolios.
• Advise SVPs, VPs, portfolio leaders, Product Managers, Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers.
• Assess portfolio delivery challenges, stakeholder impacts, risks, and adoption outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Build transformation roadmaps, support executive sponsorship, and align continuous improvement goals across value streams.
• Develop Release Train Engineers and tooling subject matter experts while delivering Lean process and problem-solving training.
• Monitor adoption, portfolio progress, metrics, data hygiene, and risk mitigation to improve sustainable value delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience enabling business and technology portfolios and advising senior leaders.
• Active SAFe SPC 6.0 certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• Strong understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Agile methodologies at scale.
• Experience with change management, value stream identification and mapping, and execution across complex value streams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, mentoring, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work within the United States limited-geography remote arrangement, maintain a dedicated workspace protecting PHI/HIPAA information, and meet the required internet standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAFe Program Consultant (ASPC) 6.0 certification and Prosci Change Management certification.
• Experience with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, SDLC, PDLC, healthcare, product management, or Fortune 500 corporations.
