Scrum Master (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be physically located in Quebec

Delivers IT solutions and implementation services across ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google platforms.

What you will do

• Guide teams and the organization in adopting Agile-Scrum values and practices.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain transparent communication between internal teams and customers.
• Follow up with customers and support the ServiceNow Delivery Director.
• Contribute to resource capacity management and train teams on Agile-Scrum practices when needed.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in Quebec.
• Fluent spoken and written French required.
• Recognized Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I, or PSM II.
• Experience as a Scrum Master; five or more years is an asset.
• Experience managing multiple squads simultaneously.
• IT or ServiceNow experience and familiarity with Jira are assets.
