Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager

Salary: USD 104,800–176,400 annual base salary for United States residents

What you will do

• Own and improve end-to-end AWS and GCP marketplace operations, including private offers, CPPO/MCPO structures, integrations, billing, and disbursement workflows.
• Manage hyperscaler funding initiatives such as AWS SCA, MPOPP, and GCP MCCP, including deal registration, milestone tracking, claims, commitments, utilization, and reporting.
• Administer the hyperscaler technology ecosystem across Salesforce partner objects, Tackle.io, PRM configurations, marketplace platforms, and downstream financial systems.
• Build AI agents and automation for offer tracking, reporting, co-sell registration, and other repetitive hyperscaler workflows.
• Design and govern process maps, runbooks, training materials, system enhancements, migrations, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with Deal Desk, Systems, Revenue Technologies, Finance, Legal, Accounts Receivable, Enablement, and Sales to resolve escalations and align operational changes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud marketplace operations with direct ownership of hyperscaler workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Tackle.io or an equivalent platform, AWS Marketplace, and GCP Marketplace.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, partner objects, opportunity management, and basic administration.
• Deep familiarity with private offers, CPPO/MCPO, co-sell registration, billing, disbursement, AWS ACE, and GCP Partner Advantage.
• Direct experience with hyperscaler funding initiatives such as SCA, MPOPP, and MCCP, including operational execution and compliance.
• Experience designing complex operational processes, resolving cross-system escalations, and using AI tools to automate workflows.

• Experience with B2B SaaS channels or hyperscaler funding initiatives.
