PQE Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead PPAP implementation for new products, including flow charts, PFMEA, control plans, MSA, testing device validation, trial runs, and product approval.
• Monitor and improve production FPY, PPM, and 5M1E performance.
• Plan product and component reliability testing, including endurance, temperature-rise, and electric-life tests.
• Lead practical problem-solving teams to resolve quality issues and escalate cases when required.
• Define quality standards and sampling plans, validate engineering changes, and review component testing results.
• Conduct supplier technical audits, support supplier quality improvement, and manage PQE team planning, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of PQE-related experience and experience leading cross-functional quality improvement teams.
• Knowledge of stamping, machining, PCBA manufacturing, component assembly, breaker quality characteristics, control plans, and defect analysis.
• Ability to apply APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, CP, 5 Why, 8D, Six Sigma, and Minitab.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, audit-reporting, and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Good English and the ability to work under pressure while balancing quality, cost, and delivery efficiency.
