TL;DR
Quality Management System Specialist (TPU): Coordinating Bluesign® and ISCC+ certifications, quality audits, data analysis, and customer complaint resolution for the TPU business with an accent on compliance management, statistical quality methods, and continuous improvement. Focus on analyzing manufacturing and product-quality data, leading root-cause and CAPA activities, and strengthening process capability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do
- Coordinate Bluesign® and ISCC+ certification applications, compliance reviews, traceability activities, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate customer, certification, internal, and third-party audits, including preparation, execution support, findings, and corrective-action closure.
- Analyze manufacturing performance, product-quality trends, customer complaints, laboratory data, process deviations, and inspection results.
- Develop quality dashboards, KPI monitoring systems, and management reports using statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Lead or facilitate quality improvement initiatives using 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, root-cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, Pareto analysis, and CAPA.
- Maintain ISO quality management systems, update procedures and work instructions, and coordinate customer complaint investigations and 8D responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, polymer materials, or a related chemical discipline.
- Experience or knowledge in quality management systems, preferably in TPU, polymer, plastics, specialty chemicals, laboratory quality, QA/QC, or chemical manufacturing.
- Proficiency in 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, root-cause analysis, FMEA, and SPC.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems, auditing, compliance management, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, with the ability to review technical specifications, certification standards, and audit requirements independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with Bluesign®, ISCC+, sustainability certifications, or regulatory compliance programs.
- Experience with Power BI, Minitab, SAP, JMP, or similar analytical systems.
- Experience supporting third-party, certification, and customer audits.
- Demonstrated success leading quality improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
