Senior Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Salary: $69,000–$85,300 per year

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install complex manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, component replacement, and equipment optimization.
• Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement long-term repair solutions.
• Use the CMMS system to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
• Improve equipment performance, operational uptime, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Mentor, coach, and train less experienced maintenance team members.

Requirements

• Advanced technical degree or certification, or at least four years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• At least four years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing complex electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of compressed air, mechanical, and electrical maintenance, with strong electrical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and troubleshoot a range of equipment.
• Due to ITAR regulations, applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or foreign nationals with refugee or asylee status. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience in a production environment involving injection molding and CNC machining.
• High mechanical aptitude.
