Quality Engineer (Customer Quality)

What you will do

• Support strategic customer accounts and maintain customer contacts throughout product development, release, launch, and series production.
• Resolve production quality issues, coordinate customer complaints and returns, and provide frequent status updates.
• Coordinate production part approval processes and prepare required customer documentation.
• Support the launch of new and changed products by clarifying customer expectations, coordinating implementation, and monitoring results.
• Participate in internal, layered process, and customer audits, including activities required for production release.
• Perform warranty analysis, identify trends, and establish permanent corrective actions for products and processes.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience handling multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, planning, time management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers, external customers, and cross-functional engineering, planning, sales, and marketing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
