Associate Business Partner

Location: Hybrid in New York City; onsite from the NYC office three days per week is required.

OTE: $100K–$130K, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage complex calendars for multiple executives across time zones and protect focus time.
• Coordinate internal, customer, and external meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
• Draft clear, professional communications on behalf of leadership.
• Plan domestic travel, create itineraries, and resolve delays or changes.
• Track expenses and receipts while supporting offsites, customer visits, and company events.
• Build shared resources, processes, and templates that improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders with complex scheduling and travel coordination.
• Strong judgment, exceptional organization, and close attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proactive ownership and the ability to identify and complete needed work.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Superhuman, Slack, Notion, Navan, and Concur.
