Executive Business Partner (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for 2–3 leaders across legal, operations, and communications.
• Act as the primary point of contact between supported leaders and the wider organization.
• Support recruiting coordination, company events, and broader activities with the EBP and Workplace Experience teams.
• Support projects and workstreams for leaders as needed.
• Track action items and commitments to ensure follow-through.

Requirements

• 6+ years of executive or administrative support experience, ideally in AI labs or technology startups.
• Experience supporting business operations leadership.
• Ability to adapt assistance and communication styles to diverse teams and individual working preferences.
• Experience managing a satellite office and coordinating across time zones.
• Professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
