P&C Operations Coordinator, Contract (People & Culture Operations): Supporting day-to-day People & Culture administration, employee requests, records, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance documentation with an accent on service delivery, confidentiality, and operational accuracy. Focus on managing shared inboxes and ServiceNow queues, investigating employee questions, maintaining HR system data, and supporting the transition to Rippling.
Location: Candidates must be located in Mexico or Costa Rica

What you will do
- Manage shared People & Culture inboxes, ServiceNow queues, physical mail, and incoming requests.
- Respond to routine questions from employees, managers, and external contacts.
- Review, categorize, assign, and track requests through resolution.
- Complete employment verifications and support unemployment claims and related documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee records, files, and system information.
- Support onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, audits, compliance reviews, and the transition to Rippling.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, shared services, customer support, personal assistance, coordination, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple requests, routine tasks, and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential employee information.
- Proactive research, troubleshooting, escalation, and request ownership skills.
- Must be located in Mexico or Costa Rica.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR systems, ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, or shared-service environments.
