Workday Consultant

Location: Mexico City, hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Respond to client configuration requests and drive issue resolution within an assigned Workday domain.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday support tickets.
• Perform configuration changes, business process updates, testing, and data validation in Workday tenant environments.
• Document solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional AMS team members and support project delivery and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize client processes.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Basic understanding of enterprise software solutions.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a client service mindset.
• Ability to work from the Mexico City office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Workday.
• Internship or academic project experience with an ERP or HRIS platform such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments.
• Experience or interest in Payroll, Time Tracking & Scheduling, HCM, Talent Management, or Integrations.
