Account Manager (Global Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage strategic relationships with global customers and support business retention and development.
• Identify customers’ cross-functional, geographical, and supply chain requirements.
• Lead global strategic business planning and revenue growth initiatives.
• Deliver customer-focused business reviews and workshops centered on collaboration, value creation, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with senior executives, product managers, and regional leaders to develop relevant value-added solutions.
• Increase revenue and profitability through enhanced customer service and solution development.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent business qualifications.
• At least 3 years of experience with hirify.global or in the logistics industry.
• Proven experience in business development, project management, problem solving, and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of logistics products and services and relevant operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and KPI management skills.
