Manager, ETCH Customer Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Icheon-Gwango, South Korea; onsite customer visits and field operations are required. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders through regular customer visits.
• Manage, coach, evaluate, and develop customer engineers, including objective setting, performance appraisals, career planning, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with product divisions on technical support, training, spare parts, reliability, and business reporting.
• Manage account planning, system sales support, financial forecasting, district cost efficiency, and escalation procedures.
• Plan and execute system installations, including pre-facility meetings, start-up meetings, reporting, and process support identification.
• Manage RMA procedures and customer engineer hours tracking while monitoring effectiveness and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience managing or directing customer engineering teams.
• Ability to analyze situations and data, review relevant factors, and exercise judgment within established procedures.
• Ability to present technical information and gain cooperation from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, installations, escalations, account planning, and operational performance.
